Balboa Park December Nights 2019 Entertainer Application


Thank you for your interest in Balboa Park December Nights 2019. Each year the event draws more than 350,000 people over two days to Balboa Park. Entertainment is scheduled on five public stages and features a wide variety of community talent.

Before you begin...

1. This form is optimized for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Do not view this form with Internet Explorer.

2. Plan to spend 15-20 minutes completing the application. The form does not save, so you must complete it in one sitting. Once you submit the application you will be able to print a copy of your submission.

3. If available, have a web-ready photo of your group scanned to your computer to upload.

4. Performing at December Nights is a volunteer opportunity. Monetary compensation is not provided for performing at the event. This includes tips or other donations at the event.

5. Submission of an application is neither an offer nor a guarantee that your group will be selected to perform. The event’s entertainment schedule will be developed in August and September 2019. You will receive information from the Entertainment Manager at that time.
