Balboa Park December Nights 2020 Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in Balboa Park December Nights 2020. Each year the event draws more than 350,000 people over two days to Balboa Park. The vendor program seeks to secure a wide-variety of high-quality international food and holiday artisan vendors. The 2019 event was sold out by May 2019 (nearly 7 months prior to the event), so plan accordingly when submitting your vendor application.

Before you begin...

1. This form is optimized for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Do not view this form with Internet Explorer.

2. Plan to spend 15-20 minutes completing the application. The form does not save, so you must complete it in one sitting. Once you submit the application you will be able to print a copy of your submission.

3. Have a web-ready photo of your booth scanned to your computer to upload.


5. Submission of an application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space. If selected, you will receive an offer from the Vendor Manager and be invoiced by the City of San Diego.
