Balboa Park December Nights 2021 Vendor Application


Thank you for your interest in Balboa Park December Nights 2021. While 2020 did not allow our beloved gift to the region to occur as we know it, we are planning for a more normal event for 2021 that includes the region’s vast array of food and merchandise vendors. The vendor program seeks to secure a wide variety of high-quality international food and holiday artisan vendors.

The requirements and recommendations for negative testings / vaccine verification will be in place effective June 15, 2021 through October 1, 2021. The state will assess conditions by September 1, 2021, to determine whether updated requirements or recommendations are needed beyond October 1, 2021. At this time, we do not anticipate any impacts to the events. However, the City will prepare contingency plans for a scaled-back event should the guidelines be amended. Submission of an application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space.

Before you begin...

2. Plan to spend 15-20 minutes completing the application. The form does not save, so you must complete it in one sitting. Once you submit the application you will be able to print a copy of your submission.

3. Have a web-ready photo of your booth scanned to your computer to upload.

4. Review the Vendor Rates and Vendor Application.

5. For food vendors with existing County DEH permits, please have a scanned copy or photo of your permit to upload with your application.

6. Submission of an application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space. If selected, you will receive an offer from the Vendor Manager and be invoiced by the City of San Diego.
