The new Point of Contact must have a Citizen Access account, or the request will not be approved.

Only an applicant or the homeowner may submit the Form DS-4406.
Requests will be processed within one business day.
To change or to update an Applicant, submit a Form DS-4405.

What can a Point of Contact do?

A Point of Contact can view the uploaded files by the applicant and download the issues report. However, only an applicant can download issued/stamped plans.
