The new Inspection Contact must have a Citizen Access account, or the request will not be approved.

Only an applicant or the homeowner may submit the Form DS-4407.
Requests will be processed within one business day.
To change or to update an Applicant, submit a Form DS-4405.

What can a Point of Contact do?

The Inspection Contact will schedule all needed inspections and they will need to be present during the inspection appointments.
