Required Documentation

Property Management Companies are required to provide specific documents to start water service on behalf of an owner. Please upload one copy of each of the following: 

  1. W-9 or San Diego Business Tax Certificate for the Property Management Company
  2. Property Management Agreement 
  3. A valid photo of a government issued identification listed below for the primary account holder (owner):
    • Driver’s license
    • State identification card
    • Military identification (please include the front and back of the identification)
    • US Passport or Passport Card
    • Foreign passport
    • Permanent Resident Card
    • Certificate of Naturalization or Certificate of US Citizenship
    • Student identification card
    • Social Security Card
