Small business (with up to 24 FTEs)

I plan on creating/retaining at least 1 qualifying job in an area of need (Promise Zone, Opportunity Zone, or LMI Census Tract) or at least 3 qualifying jobs outside an area of need

I plan on making a capital investment of at least $150K in an area of need (Promise Zone, Opportunity Zone, or LMI Census Tract) or at least $300K outside an area of need

Medium/Large business (25 FTEs or more)

I plan on creating/retaining at least 3 qualifying jobs in an area of need (Promise Zone, Opportunity Zone, LMI Census Tract) or at least 5 qualifying jobs outside an area of need

I plan on making a capital investment of at least $500K in an area of need (Promise Zone, Opportunity Zone, or LMI Census Tract) or at least $1M outside these areas

I do not meet the criteria above, but I’m interested in learning about other services and resources offered.

Qualifying job(s) must be located within the City and pay between 80% and 120% AMI ($78K-$98K annually for 2023) for a minimum of 18 months.
